Ron Wenzel has 30+ years of property management experience. Vesteco management specializes in repositioning and stabilizing class B & C assets. Vesteco managed this property in 2004 before the asset was sold to new owners. At one time, Vesteco Management had a portfolio of 15,000 units overseeing 50+ Class B assets located in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Texas, and Arizona. By bringing Vesteco and Grail Management together, we will be able to effectively implement the business plan while aggressively minimizing turnover. Collectively Grail & Vesteco Management have 60+ years of experience, with both companies having the experience of going through various economic cycles. This experience is vital to understanding lease-ups and creative ways of advertising to keep occupancy levels high.

As an involved community entrepreneur, Demetrius focuses his charitable contributions on regional education, homeless shelters, and lecturing kids in the local communities. Demetrius has given significant monetary charitable contributions during his lifetime. Finally Demetrius is also a member of other societies and organizational institutions and will soon start a giving Foundation.
